I have been a fan of Firefox but now I am getting tired of it.
Most Tweaks using About:Config seem to make Little Difference Now I know What is Wrong.It's Not Firefox at all it's My Netopia Router causing all the problems.I have found many times that when my laptop was on A/C Power,It would go Slow and just by disconnecting the power supply it would resume as normal.I cannot find any other explanation other than there is an interference comming from the A/C power line if you can provide another explanation please comment below.
